As the NW ELITE FC part-time Operations Director, Andrew (Andy) will work to “elevate the game” of club operations by optimizing financial management and strategy and refining internal processes through identification and implementation of innovative operational solutions.
Andy Frazier is the owner of Frazier Wealth Management, a financial planning and investment management firm, serving a diverse list of clientele. He holds the Behavioral Financial Advisor designation™. Andy has been in the financial planning and investment management business since 2002. Before building a successful financial planning and investment management business Andy worked for the Portland Trail Blazers as the Director of Retail and Merchandise Marketing. A department that oversaw all retail sales and staffing for online sales, brick & mortar locations, as well as all professional sports, concerts, and events held at two arena’s (one of the only places in the world with two full arena’s on the same property). Andy graduated from Willamette University, where he earned his MBA.
Andy has extensive experience serving on and working with 501c3 Board of Directors’. This experience includes BOD’s within the soccer community, as well as outside of the soccer community, from the smallest of organizations to the largest organizations in our area. Often serving as board chair and/or on the organizations executive committee. He has chaired/co-chaired multiple small and large fundraising efforts, ranging from thousands of dollars through multi-millions of dollars.
Through his professional and civic experiences Andy has gained an immense amount of practical and actionable knowledge on how to position organizations for growth and operational success.
Andy is also a soccer guy. He grew up playing in Oregon under Clive Charles on one of the first FC Portland teams. He played collegiately at Willamette University. Through his playing career he has been recognized for his team leadership and aggressive play on the field.
He is currently the La Salle Prep Women’s Head Coach. He holds the USSF C License. Additionally, Andy has several other soccer certifications and coaching diplomas through the USSF, United Soccer Coaches, and NFHS organizations. His coaching experience includes ODP, high school, and club coaching. His teams strive to be, and usually are, self-sufficient thinkers making quick decisions and acting on the opportunities they see to exploit their opponents. He sets the bar high for his players, finding players will rise to the level the coach sets for them.
He currently lives in Portland, OR with his wife Jessica and his standout playing twin daughters Elle and Liv, who will be playing for Portland State University at the NCAA Division I level in the fall.
