USSF NATIONAL “B” LICENSE & TALENT SCOUT LICENSE
Portland, OR (February 17, 2022) – NW ELITE FC is extremely excited to welcome Tiffeny Milbrett to our leadership team as the ECNL Director of Coaching. Tiffeny brings extraordinary accolades on the national and global pitch and a strong history of coaching and leading in the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL). She has an insatiable love of and continuous motivation to learn from the beautiful game and a desire to help young players elevate their game to reach their potential.

An Oregon native, Tiffeny’s love of the game began in a local club in Hillsboro. She was a three-time HS Player of the year and All American. As she continued to excel in the game she was recruited to play D1 soccer for the University of Portland Women’s Team where she continued to excel, earning National Freshman Player of the Year honors as part of playing for the 1990 Collegiate Team of the Decade at UP. Her continued dedication to elevating her game resulted in call-up after call-up to the US Women’s National Team. While with the US Women’s National Team Tiffeny not only had the opportunity to visit and medal twice at the Olympics, she made three Women’s World Cup visits, is a 1999 World Cup Champion and two-time World Cup bronze medalist. These and many more honors landed Tiffeny in the Oregon Hall of Fame and the US National Hall of Fame.

“It is not just my time on the playing field that has prepared me, it has also been the other layers of experience within the game that helped form and shape me in my professional soccer journey. My strategy of collaboration, inclusion, dedication to quality communication, openness to grow and learn through feedback and ability to create and execute all necessary phases of long term planning is my foundation to achieve success.”

Tiffeny has an impressive coaching history, most recently with the University of Portland. As a holder of a USSF “B” License and Talent Scout License she brings a great deal of academic knowledge to her immense experience. Within the ECNL Tiffeny has served Tampa Bay United as Club Director of Coach and Player Development and Director of Coaching for the U15-U19 Girls program at the Colorado Rapids which merged with Colorado Storm. As an ECNL Coach, Tiffeny has served as Team Head Coach for Tampa Bay United, Colorado Rapids and MVLA ECNL in Mountain View, CA.

“Tiffeny is a perfect addition to the coaching leadership team at NW Elite FC. Tiffeny fully demonstrates our club Core Values while strongly modeling our focus on creating a diverse and inclusive culture within our club,” said Kathryn Loescher, President of the Board of Directors.

“I could not be more excited to bring Tiffeny in to lead our ECNL program. Tiffeny knows what success on the field is and equally important has a strong eye for player development.” Said Linus Rhode, NW Elite FC Executive Director, “She is a true Game Changer.”
