REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be considered only in Executive Director approved situations: a family moves out of the immediate area, a long-term injury, divorce or other significant life event affecting the life of a player—no exceptions. Once a family has signed their membership agreement and accepted a team position, no refunds will be given for any reason unless falling within the above guidelines and approved by the NW ELITE FC Board.

A player with a season-ending injury may be eligible for a prorated refund of club fees from the month in which the injury occurred. Contact jill.arzie@nwelitefc.org to initiate a prorated injury refund review process.

No coach is guaranteed for the entire season. Refunds WILL NOT be given due to coaching changes or unhappiness with a coach, playing time or team chemistry.

Players leaving NW ELITE FC for any reason other than those falling under our refund policy, are required to pay their club fees in full and any outstanding travel or team expenses incurred. Fees incurred by the team after the player has left the team are not that player’s responsibility.

Club player fees and player account expenses must be paid in full before a player is released from NW ELITE FC.
